[Location & Culture] This vacation rental is located a 10-minute walk from Kabukicho and a 10-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station.The surrounding area is home to many restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets, making it a convenient location for sightseeing. Various tourist attractions, such as the “Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observation Deck,” “Shinjuku Gyoen,” “Yoyogi Park,” and the site of a “samurai residence” built during the Edo period, are all within walking distance.
[Building Overview] Our guesthouse features 10 spacious, clean Western-style rooms. It can accommodate up to 20 guests. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals.
Each floor has 5 rooms that share one restroom and one shower room. (Only one person may use the bathroom at a time; no one else will be using it simultaneously—it is lockable and you can hang a “Do Not Disturb” sign.)
【Wi-Fi】Wi-Fi is available, making it convenient for planning your trip or researching information.
【Amenities】Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, body soap, and other amenities are provided.

This is a great option for solo or lightly-travelling couples. A single room with literally all the amenities you need is a rare find for the price this was at and in a fairly central location too. The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. There might be just a few too many helpful messages, but I would accept that over a manager who never responds. The right area to be in a party district, but not too close that you have to fight off suspicious touts. There was a slight smell in the room when I arrived but it went away and everything was very clean. I definitely recommend this place.
