[Location & Culture] This vacation rental is located a 10-minute walk from Kabukicho and a 10-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station.The surrounding area features many restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets, making it a convenient location for sightseeing. Various tourist attractions, such as the “Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observation Deck,” “Shinjuku Gyoen,” “Yoyogi Park,” and the site of a “samurai residence” built during the Edo period, are all within walking distance.
[Building Overview] Our guesthouse features 10 spacious, clean Western-style rooms. It can accommodate up to 20 guests. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals.
Each floor has 5 rooms that share one restroom and one shower room. (When the bathroom is in use, only one person may use it at a time; no one else can use it simultaneously—it is equipped with a lock and a “Do Not Disturb” sign.)

【Amenities】Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, body wash, and other amenities are provided.

This is a good place to stay. It is a 5-7 minute walk to the train station. A lot of restaurants in the area. I dropped my phone in the hall and the staffer returned it to me. The bathroom and shower are common area but very clean. There is also a common area kitchen.

Great place for the money! Pics didn’t match the room we got but description was still accurate. It’s a small inexpensive place for a group of 2 young people to book with a great location and I didn’t expect anything else so 5 stars

Thank you for our stay here at 202 Shinjuku Gourmet and Shopping. This accommodation was neat and fit for purpose. I would recommend clearer check in instructions as the photos and English instructions were confusing.
