The apartment was clean, modern and spacious with everything you need and located close to shops and transport. Security into the apartment was great.
A minor point, the bedroom was a bit hot and stuffy. There was off street parking available in the area but it was unsafe. Our rental car was badly scratched (keyed) on purpose down the side during the night.

The facitlites for self catering were very good. The apartment included a table and chairs. The television was easy to operate. It was clean. It was near enough to the city centre to walk in.
The biggest no-no was 100% polyester bed linen which is horrible, especially in hot weather. The towels had also lost a lot of their absorbency. The mattress was 'spongy' and one side of the bed had no bedside table to put items on. The location was good for access into Belfast but, at the end of the road, is a pub with a very poor reputation for 'unsociable' behaviour.

A nice clean unit close to the city. Good communication from the host.
A very loud water pump in the bathroom. On street parking exposed us to an unfortunate incident where our hire car was vandalised.
