Close to action but not great for the price we paid

The location was great

It doesn’t really resemble the photos. It is quite pricey and not a great place to stay very old and dated. For the money I would not recommend but I guess that is Cortina…

Great place to base your holiday.

The location was fantastic we were able to walk into the main part of Cortina in a few minutes. The views were stunning from every window.

There were no tea, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper. These little things make your stay so much better.

A calm and pleasant stay in Cortina

The place is amazing and feels aristocratic. That's due to its furniture looking lush. Overall, everything was comfortable, and reaching places from here was nice. Cortina is not big by itself, but the location is not too far from the center. It's got a nice kitchen, cleaning supplies, and anything else you normally have in a proper place.

Nothing to comment on here. Everything was up to code!

Apartment was clean and big. It can easily acomodate 4 persons.

The check-in process is kinda confusing, having to go to another hotel to get your keys. There is list of things that you must do or not to in order not to get penalized. At the check-out moment ads another thing that you need to be aware of.. There are things of common sense, but the fact that they tell you that if you don't do this, or this it costs ads a feeling of insecureness.

The place is unique, particularly the wooden ceiling in the bedroom. Good views of the town and the mountains. Would be a good place for a longer stay, having a kitchenette and a living room and patio.

Check-in is slightly inconvenient because you need to go to the hotel in town to pick up the keys before heading to the apartment and parking isn't always available at the hotel. Additionally they said the wifi wasn't working while we were there.

Old style apartment with a great view

The host is quite strict with check-in times even though you pick-up the keys from another hotel reception. For me, this was the downside of this property. The apartment is well located, right outside the old town. It has an amazing balcony facing the mountains but it is a little too dark for my taste. Also, kitchen utensils are not the best if you are planning to cook bigger meals.

Terrible and deceiving

There are only two good things of this apartment: - good location and view of the village - its heating system

To be straight-forward and clear: the apartment is in a terrible condition, don't get fooled by the pictures offered by the agency. - Illumination: depressing and consisting of old and insuffient light bulbs. - Ensuite bathroom: tiny, narrow and with its shower shield completely off the rails (which we were told it would be repaired during our stay, and wasn't); - Hair-dryer dying after 10 seconds of operation; - Living room: old and damaged sofa, pathetically covered with blankets; - Kitchen: no underlights as shown in their pictures, not equipped (we even had to buy kitchen paper rolls and a dish-cleaning sponge, because there was pretty much nothing there), no toaster, no microwave... Not even a minimal dotation (no sugar, no salt, no oil, not even a teabag); - Wasted and uncomfortable matrasses in both bedrooms; - A surprising amount of garbage hidden in an external cupboard: construction materials, old and rotten newspapers... - Broken window glass, barely "repaired" with duck tape; - Door to the terrace broken and unable to be opened; - Terrible wi-fi connection (speed test performed: 0,38Mb broadband -or narrowband, as you prefer); - Old and damaged washing machine: we had to search for the model in internet and download its manual because its current condition made impossible to know how to operate it (please check our pics). All in all, a very old apartment, which we had no sense of care at all by the Agency/Property. Its condition wouldn't be acceptable even for 1/3 of its price, but becomes a wind-up when you're paying 200€ per night. It was deceiving and disappointing. It shouldn't be rented in this condition.

Local com aspecto sujo, a escada da entrada além de suja, precisaria de manutenção, assim como toda a parte interna do apartamento.A chaleira elétrica não encaixava no interruptor o que impossibilitou seu uso. Lavamos toda a louça antes de usar. Uma obra no prédio provocou barulho e poeira durante nossa estadia. Não havia microondas nem congelador.

La casa è veramente mal curata basterebbe chiamare un falegname per sistemare le serrature.tutte rotte sia del bagno che delle camere.casa venduta per 4 persone con uno scaldabagno chiamato caldaia. Soprattutto va in blocco e non sono stati chiara per sbloccarla.doccia gelata anche per i bambini.Viaggia molto frequentemente e di fare la doccia gelata soprattutto in montagna credo sia la prima volta.per il costo della casa con 4 notti potrebbero comprare una vera caldaia e risolvere il problema.sconsiglio vivamente.Anche abbastanza sporco il divano

Impianto acqua calda malfunzionante, incapacità del gestore di risolvere correttamente il problema

Posizione, dimensioni e spazi dell'appartamento

Il primo giorno caldaia acqua calda si blocca, gestore dice che fino al mattino successivo non può fare nulla. Riusciamo a farla ripartire, l'idraulico il giorno successivo non fa nulla ma dice che ha procurato una nuova caldaia se dovessi bloccarsi ancora. Al pomeriggio si blocca di nuovo, riusciamo a farla ripartire. Il giorno dopo l'idraulico viene, ma non fa nulla, di nuovo blocco, ovviamente è pomeriggio e l'idraulico non è reperibile. Il giorno successivo sostituisce la caldaia con un boiler (non si sa dove sia finita la caldaia nuova che aveva procurato). Il forno non va più e salta continuamente il salvavita. Risposta del gestore: abbiamo fatto il possibile. Vergognoso

La localización está bastante bien, cerca hay muchos restaurantes para salir a cenar. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y calmado. Tiene un parking privado y gratuito para aparcar el coche.

El alojamiento es bastante viejo, necesitaría equiparse con cosas más nuevas. El alojamiento tiene dos duchas, pero en una no había cortina, lo que hacía imposible poder ducharse ahí. Al ser tan viejo, había bastante polvo en los sillos o estanterías. La cocina cumple lo justo.
