Beautiful apartment full of comforts in the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The villa is located next to the Municipality a few steps from the famous "Corso Italia", the pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Functional apartment, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large and bright living area. The house is ideal for a family seeking comfort a few steps from the center of Cortina, surrounded by the most beautiful mountains in the world and UNESCO heritage.
The apartment is 90 square meters and is located on the second floor of a beautiful house right in the town center. The living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher; a solid wood table with chairs and bench, a comfortable sofa and an LCD TV. Two large and bright French windows allow access to the panoramic balcony. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a bunk bed and two double bedrooms with wardrobe and Lcd TV; one of the bedroom has access to the balcony. There are two bathrooms, one with a large shower and the other with a bathtub and a washing machine. Wi-Fi Internet connection is available for guests.
The accommodation is ideal for a family looking for comfort wishing to live in the center of Cortina, surrounded by the spectacular Dolomites for an unforgettable holiday in summer and in winter.

Nice property, well decorated with simple traditional decor. Could have been cleaner but overall we really enjoyed the apartment and it’s location is unbeatable if you wish to be in the centre

The apartment is impossible to find with the information supplied. No local help. Distant help Dolomiti4u only accepts whatsapp. Does not respond to SMS. Shower overflows onto the floor. The electricity fails even when only using the stove. Any combination of devices also causes a shutoff. It is necessary to enter a crawl space behind the stairs on the ground floor to reset.
