Cà del Cervo is located in the center of Cortina, in a dominant position, a stone's throw from Corso Italia and the Faloria cableway, it also enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains. The very convenient and comfortable apartment has a double bedroom overlooking the balcony and a twin bedroom, one of which can be converted into a bunk. The living room opens onto the balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the bell tower and the mountains, the kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher and everything you need. The bathroom with shower in the tub is equipped with a washing machine. The cellar on the ground floor can be used as a storage room for skis and boots. The apartment is also connected to a parking space owned within the garage on Via Barone Franchetti (particularly useful in case of snow) while the parking spaces outside the condominium are free and usable. In periods of good snow from the slopes of the Faloria Cristallo you can reach the house on skis, while the Skipass Bus stop is under the house.
