Everything is good except the parking and the location

The parking is quite far from the stay and the location of the stay is located exactly beside the construction site and make it a bit hard to find

Cortina was beautiful. Enjoyed our brief time there.

Walking distance to town was great!!! Comfortable master suite. Second bedroom was a bit of surprise with only two small twin beds more suited to children. But it was functional.

The parking off a very busy road with a blind turn made luggage drop off VERY dangerous. Recommend that visitors park in parking garage and walk up. My husband had to stand in street and stop fast moving, oncoming traffic so that we could pull the car out of drive.

Excellent accommodation in Cortina

Great place for a stay in Cortina. Everything great quality. No complaints

Unfortunately some rubbish was left outside the flat and it smelt quite bad. We tried to put it in some nearby bins and it reappeared on the door step. The only downside to the stay. I’m sure it’s a once off.

So disappointing, we felt cheated

Right next to the center and the walking area 3 bathrooms

Located right on the busiest road of Cortina! Constant motor traffic and noise. NO CURTAINS in the bedrooms! You wake up with the sunlight. Impractical parking: you cannot park right by the apartment: Parking is 200m away, but its worse: because of Cortina's one way traffic loop, you have to drive around the entire center of Cortina for several minutes to bring the car to the apartment. Dark, claustrophobic feel : One floor is actually totally underground! the windows look onto walls. The apartment is very dark. You can have a "view" from the 2 windows in the living room, and the view is a construction site. Very badly furnished: -Not enough chairs for 6 people ! 3 chairs and a small bench that wobbles -No bowls -Only one wine glass -Very limited cutlery The apartment is completely empty: This is the first apartment rental we find with not even salt or pepper or oil in the kitchen. There was just one little soap bar and one little single-use shampoo bag per person for our 3-night stay, which felt pretty cheap. Impractical check-in: you have to check in at a hotel in the center, where it is very difficult to park.

a lovely nights stay before a long journey home

the free shuttle bus was the reason we booked the overnight room before a long flight home. It was a value added benefit on top of a lovely nights sleep.

Good location to walk around main town, updated and clean bathrooms and bedrooms.

The location was good and all the rooms clean and updated.

The apartment next door was under construction making the area noisy and ruining any view. The instructions for the car garage were confusing and did not have an accurate picture of the garage. Also the apartment numbering was off and a sign was not posted on the door indicating it was a rental.

Great Place once you find it and get in

Once we got the keys, found the parking garage and got into the apartment, the place was great and we can highly recommend it. The location is great and easy walking distances to everywhere. The apartment is spacious, quite and comfortable.

Getting the keys from the managing hotel which is 1 km away is not convenient. Finding the parking garage and the parking spot within is not easy the first time around. Parking in front, as shown, to load and unload is tricky. It’s is much better to park behind the apartment coming from the quite neighborhood street.

Nice place, very spacious, in floor heating, close to the city center.

They request you leave all the dishes clean which is normal but then do not give sponges nor dish soap, when requested they said they said you have to buy at the supermarket. Also it was tricky to find the garage because there's no precise indication of the location as mentioned.

pretty good!

the boiler seems a bit small for the three bathrooms and 6 people accommodation. we had to queue and pace out to shower. otherwise, hot water runs out. also, the apartment management is too rigid in checking out time. no late check out is possible unless paying 100 Euro more. As a result, we couldn’t go onto the slopes on the last day.

Great place and great location

Easy to get to, right off the main road and great location. Will definitely plan on staying here again.

Could use some noise reduction windows. The windows and main door don’t seem to hold a good closure, so you can hear the traffic outside. For light sleepers like myself, it may wake you up. But overall, not a big deal for my family and me.

Clean, comfy, nice showers

Had to change travel plans last minteud ue to covid travel restrictions and they wouldn't move our stay 3 nights earlier even though it was available then. We had to re-book for the new dates and didn't get a refund for the original booking.

Location in downtown cortina was perfect, ski bus close by, all amenities in close proximity. Lots of room - easy to use kitchen. Since you’re on a main road I expected the noisy to be a problem but it was quiet. Made us feel like we were at home.

It was a bit hard to find the parking - I recommended a more clear picture / map for next time. The internet, while present, is not strong nor dependable - especially if you need to do a bit of work while you travel.

La posizione è bella, e anche l’appartamento è grande e spazioso !

Il check in e il check out sono da fare lontano dall’appartamento. L’appartamento non è molto pulito e non offre alcun tipo di servizio, nessuna macchinetta del caffè, neanche una bottiglia d’acqua al benvenuto e nemmeno un beauty kit o altro. La seconda camera è sotto terra e ha moltissima umidità ! Infine il parcheggio è decisamente lontano dall’appartamento, almeno 300 metri con dislivello !

Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo!

Posizione buona,

Una delle 2 stanze era all'altezza della cantina, umida. Non c'era freezer e avevo bisogno del ghiaccio per una ferita. Soffione doccia rimasto in mano, non c'erano coperchi per le pentole, vasellame sbeccato. Se fosse costato poco non mi sarei lamentato, ma per oltre 450 euro a notte pretendo molto di più.

Οτι πρέπει να πετάξεις τα σκουπίδια σου και να καθαρίσεις ότι έχεις λερώσει (από κουζινικά) γιατί υπάρχει πρόστιμο 50€!!!

Verkehrslärm, teilweise unbequem und unpraktisch, zentrale Lage

Cortina d'Ampezzo ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Touren in den Dolomiten. Das Appartement liegt zentral am Rand des Ortskerns, Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es verfügt über drei Bäder.

Die Wohnung ist nur bedingt für sechs Personen geeignet. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind auf drei Stockwerke verteilt. Das Schlafsofa im Wohn-Esszimmer ist unbequem, die Federn sind sehr laut, die Hauptstraße führt direkt an der Wohnung vorbei, was zur Lärmbelästigung führt. Am Esstisch fehlt real ein sechster Sitzplatz. Leider ist - trotz vorbereitetem Anschluss - keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die dazugehörige Garage bietet leider auch keinen Diebstahlschutz,,da sie nicht verschließbar ist.
