The hardware store is really the biggest problem with apartment 303, and I guess it's probably worse with some other apartments. I tend to wake up early on weekdays, which is great, but come weekends, obviously I'm looking to sleep in past 9 a.m., and unfortunately you can't do that.
By 7, 8 a.m. you're woken by the heavy machinery/staff shouting.
On top of that, I would like to add that the LED signage light from the hardware store is not necessary to be on at night. You can't sit in the balcony and have some fresh air;
The light simply blinds you... whom are they trying to market to on their back alley-way?
Then the curtains in the apartment are a problem, because they don't align separately for you to properly block out the light. Will they be from the side of the curtain or will they be from the center of the curtains? It was just a big frustration every single night.

The location, cleanliness and the friendly staff as well as off street parking and lastly, the great location.
The apartment is missing a laptop safe and a table to eat at. There is no table except for a small table under the tv. No conducive for eating. Otherwise, was well appointed with good and go the most part reliable WiFi.

The position of the apartment was perfect. The size was just right for what I required.
A bit noisy during the day if you have the balcony door open. But with the door closed it is reasonably quite.
