This property has 2 beautifully appointed areas; giving you your own space, yet giving you the opportunity for extended families/parties to be together! The owner, Rachel, was great through this entire process. We rented this home several months ago and anytime we had any questions, Rachel was quick to reply. Her home was absolutely stunning and the hosts that she had there to greet us and take care of us throughout the week were amazing. I would book this trip All over again! Spectacular views of chocolate hole. it was within walking distance of the Westin. And MAX, her neighbor, is the best taxi on the island.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable villa with plenty of room for our family - six adults and two young children, ages 2 and 5. The view of Chocolate Hole is gorgeous, and we especially loved dinners on the roomy veranda with string lights above and the sea below. The outside (but still private showers) were a treat. Our 5-year-old granddaughter absolutely loved sleeping in the "secret" trundle bed room behind the bookcase. Having two living spaces - one up and one down - was especially convenient when the 2-year-old went down for naps and early bedtime. Communication with Rachel, Kelly and Julianne was easy and helpful from reservation through check-in and during our stay itself. When we arrived, Julianne met us at the ferry dock and made sure we and all of our luggage made it to the jeep rental place nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and supplies, and we enjoyed using the gas grill on the veranda. A/C and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfy. Turtle Nest Villa was a great home base for relaxing and exploring beautiful St. John. We had an amazing weeklong family vacation! Highly recommend!

7 of us spent the week in St. John to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. We've always stayed in Coral Bay in the past, but decided to try Chocolate Hole this time. We're so glad we did! It's so convenient to all of the shops and restaurants of Cruz Bay, but is quiet and serene with gorgeous views. The layout of the home is exceptional for a large group. The sliding doors from the den to the balcony/ patio make it "live" as one large space. The kitchen is small but very adequate and well stocked. There's even a nice blender and a shaker to be able to make drinks at home.Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, pool noodles, and float mats are provided. The driveway is flat and very easy to navigate (unlike many driveways on St. John)! The house was exceptionally clean, and there were even fresh flowers in vases in the den and kitchen. The property is beautifully landscaped. Check in was easy- Katherine, one of the managers, met us as the house and showed us around. There are keypads on the doors, so there are no keys to keep track of.While the house is technically walkable to Cruz Bay, the road is steep and there are no sidewalks, so you would need a car to stay here. Rachel, the owner, was no nice and responsive. We'd love to stay here again!

Group of friends and had a great stay. Great location to Cruz Bay. The Villa is clean and has all that we needed. The host was very informative and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
