We are part of the Mango Terrace property - one of six units with a shared saltwater pool with picturesque views of the Caribbean Sea. Be As You Are Villa has been a favorite vacation home for many St John lovers. A spacious well designed floor plan with an open concept perfect for entertaining or relaxing with your family after a long day at Trunk Bay. Air conditioning throughout the entire home with individual controls of the temperature in each bedroom keeps you comfortable and cool. You truly get the best of both worlds at Be As You Are: while offering our guests some of the best views of the island’s sunsets, green hillsides and turquoise waters, you are still only a short walk to town where there are incredible restaurants, shopping and nightlife! The pool deck is just steps away from your front door making it a unique poolside property. You are high enough for amazing views and just low enough to hear the waves crashing below. We also have a back up generator to ensure uninterrupted comfort. Your island paradise awaits!

The condo was perfectly spacious for the four couples. Everyone felt like they had plenty of space and even though one of the bathrooms is shared between two of the bedrooms, it was a large bathroom. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beaches. The pool was great and the view was beautiful! Be mindful that the unit comes with one parking spot so be sure and discuss that up front. The management company was amazing! Very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Very nice property, well maintained, walkable to downtown Cruz Bay restaurants.
Property manager was very helpful. There was no hot water at the property on the first day… Kelly was able to get a plumber out to replace hot water heater, days before Christmas, to rectify the issue.
My low rating for location is driven by the fact that this property sits on top of an extremely steep hill (4 wheel drive vehicle at a stop slides on the hill). I have never seen anything like this in my life. All roads in St John are hilly… but this one takes first prize. Parking is an absolute hazard. I gave up trying to park in the space provided and opted to parallel park next to an abandoned vehicle adjacent to the property for the week.
