We took a recent family vacation to St John’s and this property was perfectly located to all the downtown spots and then to the best beach we’ve ever seen!!!!

This is our third year staying at Three Palm Villa. It is the perfect villa for our group. The location is great being so close to Cruz Bay.

We really enjoyed our time at 3 Palms. The house was great for our group and had everything we needed close at hand. We enjoyed exploring a few of the beaches around the island as well. Thanks for the hospitality! Should we find ourselves back on St John, 3 Palms is certainly the first place I’d check to stay.
