Upon entering the Villa, you will be captivated by the spacious great room with its high ceiling and spectacular panoramic view of the Caribbean. Just beyond expansive sliding glass doors, visitors may bask on the large upper-level balcony patio, or relax in the pool.
Villa Rendezvous is an extraordinary waterfront home with air conditioning throughout and beach access about 100 yards from the villa. The great room opens onto a large pool deck and oversized pool via a series of sliding glass doors. These doors can be completely recessed, so you can seamlessly enjoy both indoor and outdoor living space. This is the ultimate in Caribbean style living.
With stylish decor throughout, a gorgeous upscale kitchen, cable TV in every bedroom suite, and interior access to all four bedrooms (two bedrooms per level), there are few other villas that can compare for the value. Each master bedroom is tastefully and luxuriously appointed in themed decor and has its own fully enclosed bath. Rooms are accessible from within the Villa or by using the outdoor illuminated walkways, and a new modern kitchen is perfect for entertaining at the villa.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Rendezvous. The layout of the house was comfortable. The pool and pool deck were a very good size. Linens, towels and beach towels were plentiful and good quality. Kitchen was well stocked, but could use a new set of pots and pans. Bathrooms are updated and clean, Beds very comfortable. Our only complaint was the noise created when using the spiral stairs. It was impossible to use the stairs when a child was sleeping in the house. Family had to use the outside stairs to get to the lower level rooms once the toddler had gone to bed upstairs. So, we were able to adapt, but it was a bit bothersome. Both stairs have a lockable gate at the top. The owner and property manager were wonderful to work with. Both went out of their was to help make our visit easy and comfortable. We liked the house location. The area was quiet with a lovely ocean view. It was close to Cruz Bay and the bypass road, so you could avoid Cruz Bay traffic when heading to Coral Bay.

We had three groups flying in on Sunday. None of our flights arrived before 2 pm. We had to pull teeth to coordinate our arrival and even get good directions to house. Once we settled in we noticed that the oven would not work. We texted the property mngt. to no avail. The house itself was great (esp the pool)!

We had an amazing time. The house has been updated and it actually looked better than the VRBO pictures. It was a great set up for two families. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all pans and utensils that we needed. You can’t access the beach immediately in front of the house, but you can reach the rock beach that is to the East. It’s a short 5 minute walk or you can also drive over there. I’ve stayed in many houses on St. John and this house actually has a functioning driveway that is fairly easy to get in and out of (by St. John standards) and can easily hold 3-4 cars. The pool was a great way to finish off the day after coming in off the beach. The only real minus was the kids brought a soccer ball to kick around on the grass yard…either the picture was taken with a wide angle lense or the jungle growth has encroached on the yard - either way…the yard is now tiny and unusable. A wonderful house and we will be back!

The view was great, the pool was great, the property manager was wonderful! This is the only reason I give a 3 star review. There are some issues with the home. We were in St. John with my family, 8 people which included two infants. We found when we arrived that the two bedrooms on the lower level did not connect (this is where my daughter's family were supposed to stay). Not only did they not connect but on both sides, you had to go down a spiral staircase that sounded like the boards were all going to break. On one side water from rain leaked through on stairs which could have been very dangerous if my daughter-in-law had not noticed it.The pool was beautiful, but they had this wonderful sliding glass door, in the great room, that completely opened yet the screens did not close plus they were pretty ripped up. The kitchen floor was pretty dirty, so I tried to clean as best I could, (which really wasn't my job). The is for sale (which I did not know) and they wanted to show it while we were there. After discussion with my family, we did let them come. This unit was not worth the money I paid for it, especially the cleaning fee since I did a lot of cleaning.
