Furnished in an elegant Modern motif, this beautiful, 3 bedroom home is both grand and welcoming. Soaring ceilings and cool travertine floors compliment warm mahogany details and comfortable upholstered seating of the Great House.
Crafted by local artisans from island stone and slate, Cara Mia has a charm and warmth all its own, with a covered gallery for al fresco dining. Relax in the island breezes or enjoy your meal in air conditioned comfort with the home's indoor or outdoor dining areas.
Three equal, air-conditioned bedrooms are placed for optimum privacy and all are oriented to take advantage of Point Rendezvous' constant trade winds and inspiring ocean vistas, The master suite is complete with a king size bed, and an elegant bath with an opulent shower area. The guest bedrooms offer king beds and both are beautifully appointed and offer tasteful, oversize bathrooms ensuite. AC in Kitchen/Great room too as well as a whole house generator when the island's power company experiences one of their hiccups.

Our family had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. PROS: The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for our vacation. Its location is excellent, close to Cruz Bay yet convenient to many of the island’s beaches. We appreciated the provided beach chairs, coolers, and other essentials, which made outings easy. The pool was fantastic, and the ocean views from the outdoor spaces were stunning. The property manager was knowledgeable and shared helpful recommendations that made planning easier. He was also gracious in helping us with a couple of small requests. CONS: Communication could be improved. Before arrival, we didn’t know how we would access the home until we were already on the ferry, which caused some uncertainty. We also found clothing left in a dresser from a previous guest. Since guests must take trash to a roadside dumpster, clearer instructions would have been helpful. We lost water one evening and initially had trouble reaching the property manager, but once we reached out to secondary contacts, they responded quickly and had maintenance restore service within an hour. Overall, these were minor issues in an otherwise outstanding stay. The home is exceptional, the views are spectacular, and the property manager is a wealth of information. With a bit more proactive communication, this would easily be a five-star stay.

Great stay! Everything down to beach bags and reef safe sunscreen. Beautiful views, close to town. We loved our time here and didn't want to leave.

Amazing home with everything we needed for both beach days and hanging by the pool, as well as cooking in. Mattresses were great in all bedrooms and each had its own bathroom, sitting area and balcony. There isn’t a bad bedroom in the place. Terraces were great for hanging out for eating dinner outside. Ceiling fans on the balconies and throughout the house. Comfortable chairs, and chaise lounges by the pool. Literally everything we needed for the beach, including coolers, snorkel gear, beach towels, and beach bags. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again.
