About this villa rental
This villa has it all! Beija Flor means "Flower-kisser" (hummingbird) in Portuguese. Beija Flor is located in exclusive Point Rendezvous and can sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy beautiful water views and spectacular ocean breezes. Beija Flor is 75 yards on a cliff above the beautiful blue waters of Fish Bay. Watch the stunning sunrises and enjoy dinner under the stars on the 500 square foot upper and lower balconies. Relax in the saltwater pool or swim in one of the many beaches close by.
Beija Flor is just an 8–10-minute drive from the town of Cruz Bay where you can find amazing restaurants, shopping and other activities. The beautiful North Shore beaches are a 15-minute drive from the villa.
As you walk into the great room, five double mahogany doors open onto the upper deck and provide expansive views to Fish Bay where you can enjoy sea turtles swimming and bobbing to the surface. Beija Flor features four king size bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Two king size master suites are located on each side off the great room. There are a set of stairs that will take you to the pool and to the two lower bedrooms with king size beds, both with sliders out to the lower deck with amazing views of Fish Bay. There is a connecting hallway with doors to each bedroom.
All villa water is purified by an ultraviolet (UV) 3 stage filtration system. For your convenience, trash service is provided twice a week. A new solar system was installed in the fall of 2021 that provides electricity if there is an island wide outage.
For guests’ convenience, we provide eight beach chairs, beach towels and multiple coolers. There is ample space to fit multiple cars in the driveway.
The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. We highly recommend trip insurance.
Owner and Property Manager assume no liability to renters if they choose to stay in house during a storm. The house may need to be secured if there is an approaching storm.

Property was exactly as advertised. Check-in and communication with property management was smooth and easy. We enjoyed our evenings at the house after long days exploring the island and snorkeling. Lots of time spent on the deck looking out over the water playing dominoes and listening to music. The breeze off the water kept the house comfortable, and we had the balcony doors open the full time to take advantage. Would highly recommend, and will be booking again.

Perfect house for our family! Only about a 10 minute drive to Cruz Bay and 20 minutes to beaches. We loved watching all the sea turtles in Fish Bay. House is VERY well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, beach bags, etc. We did have quite a few bugs in the house (especially in the downstairs bedrooms) but we understand it’s tropical so that happens. We weren’t aware that the AC units wouldn’t run if the power was out (even though the rest of the house was fine) so we had one very hot night trying to sleep but we found some large fans and made it work. Overall a great home and a great base for our first time to St. John! Thank you for sharing this home with us.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Everything worked well, we had no issues. Had a great time. View was fantastic.

Everything was good. Well stocked home. Great beds. Great views. The biting no see ums were a nuisance on none windy days. The house did have repellent which helped. Beautiful house.
