About this villa rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Unicorn By The Sea has 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, Breathtaking views, swimming pool, BBQ Grill, and Gourmet Kitchen. The main house has 2 Master Suite Bedrooms on the bottom level and there is a separate cottage with an additional queen bed with full bathroom and kitchenette. The property is very private, you can not see any neighbors and they can not see you. Fish Bay is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Beach with your loved ones. You'll have a wonderful time stargazing at night and drinking coffee before kickstarting your adventure each day!
The house is equipped with a Tesla solar system and backup generator, so you will never have to worry about power going out (a common occurrence on St John). The cisterns have been deep cleaned and the water is treated with a top of the line filtration system, so there is no need to buy bottled water like at most houses on St John. The house has local internet service as well as StarLink (satelite internet) to insure maximum internet reliability. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Unicorn by the Sea was perfect house and location for our trip to St John. House had all the amenities plus more and was very well maintained. Loved the open air kitchen. The views were beautiful from every room and balcony. The pool was great to sit by in the late afternoon. We were close enough to Cruz Bay to easily drive in for dinner or groceries, but we loved being a little away from the busy areas and having a quiet relaxing place to come back to.

Amazing views as soon as you walk in. The house was everything it was described as. Clean, modern, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to St John. Fish bay is a little bit of a drive to beaches and downtown Cruz bay but it is worth it for the peace and quiet. Navigation is limited by lack of GPS and cell service but is manageable.
