About this house rental
Our charming and cozy home is perfect for small groups. There is a spacious backyard that is great for relaxing.
The house is centrally located between Napa and San Francisco. It is a 30 minute drive to Napa and a 45 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. You may also take a scenic ferry to San Francisco which takes 1 hour.
Supermarkets (Safeway), restaurants and other shopping establishments are all within a 10-15 minute drive away. A gas station with Starbucks is 3 minutes away.
Our home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have full sized beds. It comfortably fits 4 people.
The guests may park their car in the driveway (it is an inclided driveway) and there is also ample street parking.

Clean and pleasant. Bonus from a fresh orange tree in the back yard. Outdoors needs a little love - you can tell this is purely a rental property - but still quite pleasant to sit in the yard. Hot water did not work the 1st morning because the controller was off - likely a power surge and not reset by the cleaner. Owner in a very different time zone so response was a bit delayed but then it got worked out fine.

We were amazed at how nice and comfortable the house was. It was well-decorated, modern, and cozy. The backyard is lovely for soaking up the sun, and the house is located in a quiet residential area.

We were there for 2 nights and it was lovely. The neighborhood was well kept and it felt very safe. It was well equipped with all the basics that we needed. The owner was very receptive and responded in a timely manner. Thank you for sharing your home Danielle!
