Easy check-in / key retrieval. Clean home and very well appointed. Courteous host. Decent location and value.
A bit noisy, particularly for what is a somewhat low traffic area. A neighboring property has a very bothersome “trespassing” alarm that goes off multiple times every night and is easily heard from at least one of the bedrooms. There was also a dog constantly howling/crying at many times during the day. Not 100% sure where it was, almost sounded like it was under the house but we couldn’t locate it. Love dogs but sad to hear one like it is in distress, hope it is ok.
The checkout instructions are slightly overbearing considering the price of the rental.
