Hello, I'm Kevin and I'd like to welcome you to this newly renovated, 2 bed/2 bath home, with 1,558 square feet of living space in Vallejo Heights. This home has stunning views overlooking the Napa River, San Pablo Bay, Mare Island & Mount Tamalpais. You can even see the arches of the Golden Gate Bridge from the deck & great room at the rear of the home on clear days. The price & property includes high-speed internet, Ring security cameras, trash, water and all other utilities. This home sits on a beautiful 10,000 square foot lot with a fire pit, deck & a fully fenced-in yard for any pets you may have. In the front of the property, there are a total of 3 designated parking spots in the 2 driveways, plus street parking for another vehicle, if needed. Enjoy high-end leather seating, desks/work areas, fireplaces & smart TV's in both the family room and the great room. There's also two full kitchens, including granite countertops in the larger one. Both kitchens have brand-new appliances & dishwashers. The laundry room has a new washer & dryer set. Both bedrooms have queen beds & dressers, with the front even having a vanity. As for what's nearby, you're 5 minutes (1.1 miles) from the ferry terminal that takes you directly to San Francisco & 20 minutes from Napa by car.
