About this house rental
Our cozy home is perfect for families and groups of friends. It is situated in a quiet and homey neighborhood.
The house has a great location being only a 30 minute drive to Napa and a 45 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. You may also take a ferry to San Francisco which takes 1 hour.
Supermarkets (Safeway), restaurants and other shopping establishments (Target, Costco, etc) are all within a 10-15 minute drive away. Starbucks and McDonald's are walking distance.
Our home is a 3 bedroom house with one of the rooms converted to a home office. The master’s bedroom has a queen size bed while the second room has a full/double sized bed. For groups of five, if the 5th person doesn't mind, our couch is very comfortable.
We have an outdoor jacuzzi that is always on and can be enjoyed as you please.
The guests have the entire house to themselves with access to all parts of it.

This lovely little place is great for having access to the highway, and for sharing the space with friends. We also enjoyed the back patio in the evening. A few discomforts were 1) the bedroom arrangement for the guest room had no window. It would be better for the guests to have access to the office, which has the sliding glass door, 2) it was stuffy in the house until we opened up all the windows, but that took a while to draw the air out (which didn't reach the tiny guest room), 3) suggestion: cental air would be helpful.
