Located in the historic town of Kitty Hawk, your friends and family will be thanking you for the convenience of being near the old Kitty Hawk Pier, shops, and even Seascape Golf Links, an 18-hole championship golf course just across the main road. A quick 400' walk to the ocean's edge will certainly make beach days convenient, especially when you can end them with your own enclosed outdoor shower! Walk .4 miles to Rundown Cafe for some delectable seafood and drinks, or drop into High Cotton for some traditional North Carolina Bar-B-Que.
You will fall in love with the Keyless entry system "Herons Return" provides, so no worrying about losing a key and getting locked out of your vacation home! This also allows for a speedy check-in and fast dash to the lifeguarded beach, which you can view from your front porch.
The washer and dryer will remind you not to fill your vehicle with unnecessary clothes and will allow you to head back home with clean laundry to save you trouble later. "Herons Return" has even more amenities, including your own grill, central air/heat, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs, wireless Internet, and ceiling fans. Just like the bird, your family will also want to return to "Herons Return" for your future Outer Banks vacations! This home welcomes up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet ($175 minimum) plus tax. Pets shall be limited to (2) domestic, housebroken adult dogs (no puppies). Puppies are defined as dogs less than 18 months of age.
