We loved the large amount of space. Great location close to beach & high crows nest is a perk. House was clean, towels and sheets weren’t included. Overall great experience

Our small group of family and friends really enjoyed this place for a beach vacation. It's centrally located in Kitty Hawk and most importantly is just a short walk away from a couple different beach accesses.
The home itself shows it's age/use a bit, but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The highlight is certainly the top deck which is the highest point in the surrounding area which provides expansive views of the ocean!

Staff very nice and easy to deal with. Since day one very professional. The house, not so good. This property has multiple defects and damages and electrical issues. Turn on the microwave and the kitchen light turns off. The carpet was sticky and had some rips. There were nail clippings on the couch when we arrived. We took many pictures of all the defects, called for someone to come clean the place and inspect it for damage. We were told that someone would come the next day. The next day I called and was told that it was too late to send the cleaning crew and that only maintenance would come the following day. Not sure what the following day meant since no one ever showed up. We ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the entire house. Also many soft spots in the kitchen floor which did not make it feel too safe. One of my guests had just received a kidney mi transplant and we could not risk spending a week in this house in the sanitary conditions the house was in.
