Located in Downtown Fort Walton Beach! Near the foot of the Brooks Bridge, we are strategically located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, Publix Grocery. The beach is a short walk or drive away. Multiple boat and wave runner rentals and public boat launch are all nearby.
This highly sought after neighborhood is located just east of the downtown area of Fort Walton Beach, FL. It is a mix of older Florida cottages, waterfront properties, brand new homes, condos & townhomes. Large Oak trees line Brooks Street & Bay Street to provide a feeling of home.
The space
The spacious living area is perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing after a long day at the beach. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus a half-bath there's plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and at home. In addition, you'll never have to wait in line for the shower!
Outside, you'll love the private patio area, which is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. And with easy access to the beach, you'll never be far from the sand and surf.
Two bedrooms and two full baths are both located upstairs with oversize closets. The half-bath is on the first floor. Black-out curtains in each bedroom for days when you just want to sleep in!
There is a 55" Smart Roku TV in the Living Room as well as a 43" Smart Roku TV in each bedroom. TVs are set to guest mode and will log you out automatically upon departure so you can safely access your own subscription channels and not have to worry about remembering to sign out before leaving.
The Kitchen is spacious with an adjacent dining area. Kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. Baking pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, microwave, 12-pot coffee maker along with a single serve Keurig and some pods to get you started. Next to the kitchen is a full-size laundry room with a brand new washer/dryer set.
Guest access
The entire townhouse will be your own personal space. There are two designated parking spaces directly in front of the unit. There is also additional parking and room for a boat and trailer directly behind the unit.
Other things to note
Take a walk or jog along tree-lined Brooks Street, to the Fort Walton Beach Landing Park or over the Brooks Bridge to the beach. You can even hop on an electric scooter to get you where you want to go!
No Smoking is permitted in or on the property.
Pontoon and Wave Runner rentals are located nearby to get you to Crab Island, private beaches and waterfront restaurants even quicker! The inter-coastal waterway is a block away with a fishing dock and a nearby public boat launch.

This property was amazing! Personally I don’t think the online pics do it justice! It was just beautiful !! We had everything we needed to cook meals, wash clothes and just relax! It was close to the ballpark and that in itself was awesome. Close to shops and restaurants. It was just right for us.

We went there to see our son-in-law graduate from his Navy class. This was located right were we needed to be. Easy access to the beach and great restaurants close by.The house was clean and the floor plan was smooth. If we come back to this area, this is where we will stay.
