Found this to be the perfect place to call home for three weeks. It was in the neighborhood I grew up in, so know the area well. It is a perfect location for visitors to feel like a "local" but to explore all parts of FWB, Destin and beyond. It would be perfect for a family with children- plenty of space for kids to play in backyard, have cookouts, TV sets just about every room, and simple layout of home. I felt very safe and at home, and will always check availability when visiting. The air conditioning was brand new and was awesome (very important in Florida). New appliances in kitchen.

The location was awesome, close to everything. The neighborhood was very nice. The house was well equipped and met all of our needs. 100% will rent again and recommend.

It was perfectly located to everything, my complaint is that the house had a funny odor, plug in back bedroom restroom does not work and also plug in kitchen bar. baseboards(rr)could use some cleaning, we could not get tv in patio area to work.
