Roomy and comfy. Quiet neighborhood
No dishwasher. Kitchen cabinets were old and difficult to open and shut. Bedrooms were stuffy. Needed ceiling fans to help circulate the air better.

Great location and clean house.
The backyard needed some attention. Needed mowed and quite a bit of junk and trash laying around. Most likely from past guests, but definitely should have been taken care of prior to new guests' arrival.

The location was good. Had a small beach within walking distance and not far of a drive to the beaches and attractions. Three bedrooms, good size living room and dining room. A/C worked great!
Bathroom door didn't close. Water pressure was very bad. The vent in one bedroom made a lot of noise. TV in the living room was finicky.
