About this house rental
New Listing! Our townhouse is located in the heart of downtown Fort Walton Beach, just a four minute drive over the Brooks Bridge to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast! No need for a car -- Publix Grocery is just next door along with many restaurants, food trucks, movie theater, craft brewery and a waterfront park. Destin, Crab Island and Harbor Walk are all a 10-12 minute drive as well!
The space
This cozy townhouse has been recently updated with modern amenities. New plush queen size beds and pillows along with all new towels, kitchen ware and premium cookware.
There is a 55" Smart Roku TV in the Living Room as well as a 43" Smart Roku TV in each bedroom. TVs are set to guest mode and will log you out automatically upon departure so you can safely access your own subscription channels and not have to worry about remembering to sign out before leaving.
Two bedrooms and a full bath are both located upstairs with oversize closets. The other half bath is on the first floor. Black-out curtains in each bedroom for days when you just want to sleep in!
The Kitchen is spacious with an adjacent dining area. Kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. Baking pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, microwave, 12-pot coffee maker along with a single serve Keurig and some pods to get you started. Next to the kitchen is a full-size laundry room with a brand new washer/dryer set. There is also a small patio and secluded fenced-in yard if you would like to enjoy your coffee and meals outdoors or simply soak in the sun!

The entire townhouse will your own personal space. There are two designated parking spaces directly in front of the unit. One of the spaces can accommodate a small boat/wave runner.
Take a walk or jog along tree-lined Brooks Street, the Fort Walton Beach Landing Park or over the Bridge to the beach. You can even hop on an electric scooter to get you where you want to go!
Other things to note
No Smoking is permitted in or on the property.
Pontoon and Wave Runner rentals are located nearby to get you to Crab Island, private beaches and waterfront restaurants even quicker! The inter-coastal waterway is a block away with a fishing dock and a nearby public boat launch.
Public parks offer tennis courts, pickle ball, disc golf and walking trails.

We loved this spot! Very nice and clean! Host is very nice and responsive! Comfortable beds! And the spot is very convenient, walking distance to ft Walton shops, and very short drive right by the bridge to the beaches! Would definitely stay here again!
