The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a renovated tenement house. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and kitchenette, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms with large, comfortable beds and wardrobes. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary utensils. Everything you need is in one place, which will make your stay at CU Residence!
Guest Access:
Guests can use all the facilities available in the apartment, both with
prepared for them: coffee, tea, etc., as well as the equipment of the apartment (dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, etc.).
We provide fresh linen and towels.
A portable baby cot is available upon request.
WIFI is available in the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to comply with the House Regulations, mainly in terms of keeping the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 (an absolute ban on organizing parties after 22:00) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.
Each violation of the regulations results in the start of the debt collection process through the portal and the collection of the deposit.
