Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home is a gem! Such a sweet place with a great outdoor screened porch where we would have our coffee. Space for us all, great living room and kitchen. Overall, super charming and close to both the beach and the river. This neighborhood totally became one of our favorite beach areas ever!

The home would have been perfect but our electricity went out the first night and we had to leave because it was not likely to be repaired. No tv, no internet, no a/c was not going to work but it is a lovely place and when the owner gets the repairs done, it will be perfection.
