The living/dining room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area and a dining table big enough for 4. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the views.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements.
The first bedroom has a UK queen-size bed, and the second has two single beds (by default, they are pushed together, but if you require them separate, do let us know). Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Carolina Michaelis, is just an 18-minute walk.
Sá Carneiro airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.
The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
