I liked that this property was close enough to walk downtown and was close to grocery stores and pharmacy.

I didn’t like that I never received the message through the booking.com app for access codes to the apartment. I had to scramble for an hour trying to contact someone. Finally was able to get a WhatsApp number and they resent the codes via email. Once inside the building, we got the key out of the lockbox but the door was very swollen from humidity that it took us another 10 minutes to figure out how to open the door. I had originally booked for 4 nights and managed to book an additional 2 nights. They had advised me that I wouldn’t have to check out to check back in. We were out most of that day and when we returned, the door was unlocked when I know I had locked it when we left. I communicated with the company again and they advised us that the cleaning company opened the door and saw our bags and thought we were still in the apartment so they left. That seems like a reasonable explanation except for the fact that if they had to unlock the door to get in, then they should have locked the door when they left. A lot of things could have gone wrong but luckily didn’t. The apartment had stains on the bathroom walls… not sure what they were. The shower took a long time to drain and there was no fan in the bathroom which causes the humidity to remain in the apartment and also mold was starting to form on the bathroom ceiling/wall above the mirror. I think that they should let people know that this apartment is on street level and therefore can be quite noisy with traffic.

Il monolocale è ben arredato e confortevole. La cucina è completa degli accessori necessari. Buona la posizione on una via pulita e pacifica. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Il materasso è un po' duro e l'appartamento troppo umido. Non è stato fatto un cambio degli asciugamani né una pulizia generale in una settimana di alloggio.

Se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y el apartamento tiene el metro bastante cerca, con en el que estás en el centro en 10 minutos. El apartamento es muy cómodo y está pensado para que no te falte nada! Cafetera, hervidor, batería de cocina... Nos dejaron además una botella de vino tinto como detalle de bienvenida! La cama es muy cómoda, el baño tiene ventilación y la ducha es amplia... Además me olvidé unas cosas y después del check-out no me pusieron problema para recogerlo! Muy pendientes y amables... Todo genial! Repetiría de nuevo
