Good neighborhood, near a lot of convenient places, grocery stores etc, good kitchen and multiple rooms so it's nice for multiple people.

The apartment had multiple issues. First of it did not mention it being a rental for visitors on the outside, which I believe is obligated to advertise. The curtain rod in one of the rooms detached itself and fell on someone when trying to open the curtain, it fully came off from the wall. The backdoor in the living room did not lock which is a safety hazard and we had to put furniture there to close it. Coffee machine was dirty and the pods were not compatible, we had to message them to bring the correct ones. Finally, the shower was problematic. No pressure, so barely any water came out, making showering a bit of an issue. The building is an old building but it seems the apartment was recently somewhat renovated, just maybe not very well as there was a lot of oversight. For the price, we expected better.

c'est un peu excentré du centre ville de Porto mais les transports en commun sont très très pratiques et évitent la location de voiture. Il y a un très bon restaurant en face de l'appartement, un supermarché continental. Bref très bien situé. Et Yuri qui nous accueille est adorable.

Ambience and cleanliness
