The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the metro, bus 302, and a large supermarket. The apartment is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are a bit small, but this does not affect the overall comfort. The bed was comfortable for me, as I prefer a firm mattress. Each guest is provided with two towels (as shown in the photos), along with a sponge for washing dishes, two dishwasher tablets, paper towels, cleaning cloths, and table linens. However, although a dishwasher is listed, there is actually no dishwasher in the apartment. The photos are accurate and reflect the true condition of the apartment. The shower cabin is relatively small. There is an elevator in the building, but there are quite a few stairs leading up to it, and the building entrance is somewhat hidden.

Communication with the Your Host staff was excellent until payment was made. After that, responses were unclear and only in Portuguese. They refused to provide key collection instructions in advance, and on arrival day they didn’t answer calls or send any guidance, despite knowing our arrival time. They only responded after we showed up at their office, where no one was present. For an additional payment, we were asked to come the next day, but again no one was there, so we left the money with a cleaner. They ignored all further questions (e.g., about the missing dishwasher). For a company-managed property, this level of communication is unacceptable. Another thing, it is listed as 80m2 apartment. No more than 60m2 I assume.

Stor lägenhet med 2 sovrum, välutrustat kök. Nära till metro. Ca 40 min promenad till centrum. Liten närbutik och bra parkeringsmöjligheter på gatan.

Lyhört. Hördes väldigt tydligt att familjen ovanför hade 2 oroliga små barn. Incheckningen var krånglig. Värden meddelade att hon väntar utanför dörren. I instruktioner skulle mak mötas vid en annan adress I verkligheten väntade värden på kontoret som hittades vid tredje adress. Ingen telefon nummer.
