We stayed here for nearly two months, so we had plenty of time to settle in. The area has many restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores. Several metro stations are within a few minutes’ walk in different directions. Communication with the hosts was smooth throughout our stay.
My rating is based on a personal scoring system:
10 – better than home
9 – the same as home
8 – something minor is missing (in this case, a dishwasher)
7 – the accommodation was not sufficiently clean upon arrival

Convenient location and very nice neighborhood. Good decoration taste. Homey and cosy. It must be a wonder in spring/summertime.
Bed mattress was hard, cleanliness wasn’t as high as I expected (though still okay), and the small heating device was not enough to warm up the whole place so I was cold.

Excellent location in a surprisingly quiet residential community in the heart of the old city. The park round the corner is worth a visit with its cacophony of competing bands and singing groups side by side. The apartment would benefit from a guide to the locality mentioning such things, including the famed wonton cafe round the corner.
No good for tall people, you'll brain yourself on the low upstairs ceiling. The low entrances to the stairway also lie in wait to give you a particularly nasty crack..
