Ling Homestay - People's Square Branch Shanghai

The property was a convenient walk to People's Square & West Nanjing Station, but still very accessible with Didi. There was Lawson Convenience store right beside the the property's entance so it's very convenient. Also, greatvselection of local foods in the area for breakfast and dinner. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries, as we communicated through Wechat. He/she was very helpful, as well, eapecially when I asked if he/she can help us make a reservation for a restaurant in my behalf and readily provided us with assistance when we ordered something online. The property was very clean and definitely well maintained. I loved the design as it felt like hone. There was good amount of space for a family of 6 people. Our arrival was smooth as he/she gave the instructions beforehand in a clear and understandable manner. I would consider this property again nect time we visit Shanghai.

Just a suggestion, not a negative review, maybe provide a standing/whole body mirror. 😄

Era limpio; cómodo, tiene camas cómodas, el aire acondicionado excelente.

Bien situado, poco ruidoso, camas cómodas y toallas suficientes y limpias. Interacción muy ágil con los que alquilan. Dejaron agua más que suficiente para la estancia. Aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente.

Todas las fotos no se corresponden con el alojamiento. El que me asignaron antes de llegar no es el que mejor se ve en las fotos. El pasillo desde el ascensor al piso se escurre de una manera anormal. Estuvimos a punto de caernos muchas veces. Cuidado!!!. Baño Pequeño; la puerta de la ducha cierra mal y la grifería es complicada de usar y antigua. Algunas paredes bastante sucias y con desconchones. Muebles con demasiado uso.
