Soggiorno come a casa

Casa fantastica! Non avremmo potuto desiderare di più! Casa praticamente nuova, calda, accogliente, comoda al centro ma contemporaneamente immersa nel verde, ai margini di un nuovo vivibilissimo quartiere residenziale, molto tranquillo. Ottima per passare qualche giorno di relax, avendo la possibilità di preparare i pasti senza dover spendere troppo al ristorante, comodo ad un nuovo e molto fornito supermercato. La presenza di forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice è stata molto molto utile. Superconsiegliata

겨울에 온수 안나와도 어쩔 수 없음 찬물로해야함

일단 넓고, 침대가 많아서 4명이 쓰기에 좋았습니다. 욕실도 두개인 점 편했어요.

세탁기 작동법에 대한 안내가 없어서 저녁 9시쯤 안내받고 돌릴 수 있었다는 점.. (건조기없음) 세탁기 전원 누르고 하면 되는 게 아닌 세면대에 있는 레버를 돌려야 세탁기에 급수가되는 시스템;; 이걸 한국인이 어떻게 앎.. 메세지로 문의하고 1시간반정도 지나서 답장왔음 + 뭔짓을 해도 온수가 안나왔음 샤워기에 38 + 부분으로 돌려도 저얼대 몸에 닿으면 그냥 찬물인 수준이었음. 세면대, 주방 싱크대와 비교해보면 극명함 온수 안나온다하니 레버를 돌려보라해서 주방, 욕실 세면대, 욕실 앞 싱크대 총 3개의 레버를 돌려봤음에도 온수가 안나왔고, 혹여 사우나랑 같이 돌아가서 안되나 싶어서 사우나도 다 끄고 해봤음에도 온수가 안나왔어요. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!! 로바니에미 영하 12-14도 날씨에 숙소 체크인을 했는데 샤워를 온수로 못한다는 게 겨울 숙소에서 가능한 일인가요? 레버를 다 돌렸음에도 안되면 배관공을 불러야한다나.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ… 결국 4명 중 2명만 찬물로 이악물고 샤워하고 나왔어요. 추천드리지 않습니다. ( 추후 체크아웃 후 부킹닷컴측에서 숙소와 합의점을 찾기로 했으나 찾지 못해서 일정부분 리워드를 받았습니다. 아마 부킹닷컴 측에서 선지급을 해준 듯 합니다. 근데 숙소에서 먼저 보상을 주셨어야 한다고 생각합니다. 하루 숙박비도 비싼데 그 중 사람이 씻는 문제임에도 보상 금액이 현저히 적어요) 위치야 렌트카가 있어서 다행이지 없는 사람들은 숙박하기 어려울 듯 합니다.

Schöne und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets freundlich und professionell. Die Lage ist super am Stadtrand mit angrenzendem Wald, allerdings braucht man einen Mietwagen, um in die Stadt zu kommen (kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist vorhanden!).
