It's in a great location, easy to walk into Alnwick. The bedrooms were comfortable. It has a living room with nice sofas and kitchen. Also has it's own parking space.
The facilities could be better. There was only one toilet roll for 2 of us for a few days which I thought was bad. Also no bathroom amenities such as shower gel which was advertised. No sponge for washing up in the kitchen. I did ask for these but they weren't supplied. So I'd bring you're own things if you stay here.

Very clean and as described. Good location for shops and castle. Good heating when needed.
Second floor and no lift, so carrying luggage up not easy for us over 70s! Fixed shower which was difficult to control and flooded window sill.

The shower was hard to use, in fact a bit scary.
