It was in a fantastic location with absolutely great views , spacious open & airy .
There was no instruction manuals for anything.
Ie how to work the TV etc
Or any brochures about the area or Auckland in generally expected in a holiday rental property.
Luckily , this wasn’t our first Auckland stay , however it would have been handy to know what was available locally .
Plus , when the question was asked to the owner re Smeg Coffee Machine we were told to watch a “YouTube video “

1.房子位于西奥克兰一处安静的住宅区，地理位置不错，离City开车20分钟，开车10分钟左右有华人超市和New World等新西兰超市。
2.房子面积足够大，尤其是有一个很大的草坪，有阳光时在院子里晒太阳很惬意。如果是一家人自驾出游的话在这里住性价比很高。
3.房子设施算齐全，厨具和调料基本都有，但缺少筷子和电饭煲，给房东留言后回复会尽快补上。
4.房东回复速度很快，有遇到不会使用的设施会立刻回复，这点很赞。
1.卫生状况有待改善，打扫时需要更仔细，入住时房间柜子及床头有灰尘，厨房垃圾桶有里一个房客留下来的垃圾以及一只死去的蟑螂。
2.院子里的座椅可以增加软垫，提高舒适度，也许是我们没发现。
3.建议可以再增添一个电磁炉。

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Had everything you might need. Shower was very good and the bed was great.
Quite a steep entry with steps. Didn’t affect me but a bit tricky for my elderly in-laws.
