The hotel is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a gorgeous view. The swimming pool is truly a masterpiece and one of the highlights of the property. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Widad, Mohammed (the director), and the cleaning team for their professionalism and kindness. We especially appreciated how quickly and professionally the director intervened to resolve a small issue and ensure our stay remained enjoyable.
There was a small incident with the restaurant team, but it was handled immediately and professionally by the director. Apart from that, nothing significant to criticize.

- Mussten um 17.00 Uhr warten, bis unser Zimmer geputzt und bereit war!
- Badetücher haben gefehlt und mussten 1.5h darauf warten
- Poolbereich: mässig gut gepflegt, lauwarmes Wasser
- Frühstück ab 7.00 Uhr verfügbar, das Personal kommt jedoch erst um 7.00 Uhr und mussten lange warten
- Wifi mässig gut
