Quality of the room furnishings were excellent with comfortable bed excellent central location but very quiet copious breakfast with Moroccan specialities we liked the log fire.

Staff need more training in customer care as some. came across as cold and bored. The bedroom took a long time to heat up. The lock on our door jammed so we were locked in until we could find somebody to let us out

Perfect, perfect, perfect location. Very easy to get to the main square and to the shopping areas and restaurants. Even though it was close to all the fun, the rooms were surprising quiet. Welcoming and accommodating staff. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was generous and delicious. The room was comfortable and beautiful. So many interesting nooks and crannies and courtyards and places to sit and relax indoors and outdoors at this riad, all of which were beautiful.

No elevator - that’s the only thing we can think of..

Everything! The staff was helpful, food was great, room was well kept, space was beautiful. Mohammed Nahli, Karima and ALL the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, safe and had everything I needed for a wonderful experience. I am very grateful to them.
