Agoda and the hotel completely messed up this reservation and could have been a lot of headache if we had reached that place in the night. The hotel was closed for renovation but Agoda was still able to book us there and we kept getting messages from the hotel and Agoda that the hotel is happy to have us and waiting for us to check-in. On arrival, the property was closed. Fortunately we were driving with a local driver who could help us communicate since the person on site didn't speak much English. An absolutely unacceptable and avoidable situation which should not have taken place. Something Agoda needs to fix. We could have been stranded in a cold and wintery night with no room.

We adored our stay here! The staff were beyond exceptional-- very friendly and helpful! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable! The breakfast and dinner was delicious! We absolutely adored the views from the rooftop! Definitely recommend!
