Its an amazing apartment, really big, so nicely decorated, owner was kind to give me a late checkout, location was great
No trash bags in the apartment. There is some limit to the water temperature around 30-35 degrees which is nowhere near warm enough in the winter, even in the summer it was a bit cold and don't bother using the bathtub, it doesn't get hot enough and the boiler is set to have about 10 minutes of lukewarm water so shower quickly. Also there was air conditioner but no batteries on the controller to make you not use it. Average greedy landlord that doesn't wanna spend on bills. Also the building kinda needs a cleaning, it smells like wet dog in the hallway when you enter
