I loved the relative remoteness of it and the privacy. Though the owners are on site we never saw them except to get the key. The deck and back yard are ideal for star gazing. The smart TV was easy to connect to and the kitchen was perfect for cooking an easy meal which was great after a long day of hiking. And Mt. Cook is very close. The grocery store and restaurants are a 3-5 minute drive away. We loved it.
