A casa é muito luminosa e agradável, situada numa zona tranquila e bem localizada. A varanda é um espaço excelente para desfrutar quando o tempo está bom, e a cozinha tem tudo o que é necessário para o dia a dia, o que facilita bastante a estadia. No geral, senti-me confortável e a casa tem um ambiente acolhedor.

Embora o apartamento tenha aspetos positivos, considero importante fazer algumas reparações. O principal problema é o prato de duche: a água infiltra-se e continua a sair ao longo das horas. Mesmo depois de secar tudo após o banho, o chão volta a ficar molhado durante o dia, o que além de causar desconforto representa um risco de escorregões. É algo que precisa de ser reparado com urgência. Além disso, a casa não está muito preparada para o inverno. O aquecimento é elétrico e, se eu tivesse um aquecedor ligado porque estava frio, estivesse a cozinhar e ligasse o micro-ondas, a luz ia logo abaixo. E, se for necessário aquecer os dois quartos, não é possível usar mais nenhum aparelho — como o micro-ondas, por exemplo — porque a eletricidade não aguenta e vai abaixo.

Problemas con los juegos de cama con marcas de piojillo y manchas (aunque limpias) no son agradables de ver, solucionado a la segunda noche, sin ningún problema por el anfitrión

The apartment is quite spacious and well appointed. It was very quiet. Communication with the management was excellent and immediate. Thank you for leaving instructions about extending the key. We liked having access to a washing machine. There is a clothesline on the immense balcony. We didn't use it due to the weather. All the windows have funky privacy shutters. There was lots of hot water for showers. All appliances were in good working order. The diningroom table is a nice size and there are lots of cushions for the solid chairs. There were a lot of extra blankets and pillows. The decor is very nice and the couch is very comfortable. The coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) is the best we had on the whole trip. Great design. We suggest that the kind of coffee maker is listed on the website so that one purchases the appropriate pods.

The heavy smell of smoke from fireplace (airtight) is overwhelming. The apartment was cold, damp and not very clean. The placemats must have been put away wet. They were moldy. I cleaned, dried and put them away. Some of the dishes were put away wet and dirty. It smells musty inside the bedroom cupboards. A few of the cushions smelled moldy. The whole place needs a good scrub. The toilet runs. The mat by the shower needs washing. The filter in the washer needs cleaning. Please note that there is no lift and the apartment is on the top floor. There are 4 flights of stairs. It's a workout especially with luggage. There are no instructions for the appliances, including the TV. The apartment is not in a very nice part of town. The main entrance to the building was unlocked the whole time we were there. Many businesses nearby have been closed for a while. We didn't want to be walking about at night. There is a marked lack of adequate heating. The breaker flips if you have 1 heater on and then start the kettle. Luckily, I had seen a comment on this and I had located the electrical panel beforehand. There was only 1 pod for the coffee machine when we arrived. 🙄 We left several behind for the next guests.
