The property is beautiful. It is centrally located which makes it perfect to see the area, which is beautiful, and easily get to wherever you need. Plenty of shopping close by, with a variety of restaurants. The villas are extremely comfortable and have kitchens as well. It honestly feels like you are staying in a cozy apartment. We stumbled onto this property because our home was without power for a few days because of the bad storms that went through the area. It was a lifesaver.

Well designed area. Nice yard and stylish buildings. Easy to park. The house has all the comforts.
Saved on finishing the house. E.g. Tile work and ventilation done with poor professionalism. Bad smell in the bathroom. There are no proper full-body mirrors in the apartment. (Wrong height and too small)

The design of the accommodation
The size of the ‘villa’ is in reality 50-55m2 and not 75m2 as announced. All communication was via mail and that in the end felt very un-personal. No clear instructions about recycling garbage. After a couple of days apparently a cleaning person came by and did some cleaning, but this was not expected because not announced…
