Location good
Sofa in main room was a little low backed for us.
Also the main mattress has seem better days.
But we must stress this dosent take away the high standards of the accommodation

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and exceptionally well equipped. There was a very generous welcome basket which was most appreciated. We had everything we needed and our stay was very comfortable
We didn't meet the hosts at all and just to say hello and to ask if there was anything we needed would have made our stay more welcoming. Location wise the property is an annex next to the owner's property on a new build estate- a bit too built up for our liking. On a positive note it was located within walking distance to Frinton- about 20 mins walk.

This was hired for my brother who was over from Australia and little haven was amazing it had everything that we needed, the location was fantastic the rooms were fantastic clean tidy everything we needed was there it was above and beyond
Nothing it was perfect 👌 if anything the parking but I’m been fussy
