Penthouse Apartment with seaviews

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. The view of the sea was wonderful and location perfect. You just have to cross the road and you are on the beach.

The location was great, the fans were much appreciated & the double room was comfy with good storage space.

The bunk bed room was smaller than expected & very stuffy. It would have been great to have one more easy chair in the lounge.

The bed was so uncomfortable, it looked like there was a mattress on a mattress. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The quilt seemed to be bigger that the quilt cover, which created lumps and bumps. The floor boards creaked, not just in one room but most rooms. This created noise and concern for the neighbours below. The shower was weak and the toilet seat moved to the side when you sat on it. The shower, floor boards have been noted in previous reviews but not acted on. Reply to owner: Thank you for your feedback, as a paid guest I do not expect to re-do bedding, this should be standard goal, even for ones that get 5 star reviews. I did not contact you as it was a two night stay and I didn't feel it warrant a call or to be moved to another property, especially as I had paid for parking. This is a honest review and I sincerely hope you do addressed said issues. With hindsight, I should have called, although your reply does sound somewhat passive aggressive so may I was correct in not contacting you, even with my expectations.
