Appartement refait à neuf, litterie impeccable, bien situé au coeur du centre historique d'Heraklion, facilité du depose baggage devant la porte, place sympa et vivante devant les fenetres, climatisation même si on ne l'a pas utilisée, petite cours extérieure : un vrai plus!

La ubicación y la calidad de las instalaciones.
Solo un baño para todos. No había plancha. Checkin bastante desastroso porque me llegó un email con todos los cargos extras que podrían surgir pero no me llegó el PDF con las instrucciones para poder acceder. Tardaron mucho en responder a las llamadas.

The bed was Clean and very good.
The way of handling Hygiene, the beds where clean, but… molt in the bathroom, stains on chairs, textile, table, sticky doorhandels in the kitchen, black stuf on the kitchentable and a lot of noise the whole day till 3 at night.
