Palazzo/ingresso: forte odore di chiuso/umidità, quasi muffa, nelle parti comuni quando si entra, anche se non nell'appartamento; arredamento piuttosto vecchio e datato; bagno: molto piccolo con pavimento costantemente bagnato.

Location was perfect for food and drinks and 15 mins walk to the port.

At night can be a bit noisy (we stayed during the weekend) but we knew we were in an area of bars and restaurants. So consider that is you want peace and quiet and you are traveling in a weekend.

Le service proprement hotelier etait très mauvais: mauvaise literie (type couchage d'appoint, dont un canapé lit de base présenté comme un "couchage"), absence de volets occultants, plomberie bruyante, une fenêtre hors service. La présence de café ou sachets de thés aurait été appréciable dans le cadre d'une location "hotelière" à la nuitée.

Great location - right in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and clubs. Very close to a bus stop, close to the bus station, and close to the port. Easy to find, easy to get to. Large rooftop terrace. No neighbors (the only unit on the floor). Good communication with the owner.

The kitchen is a disaster: very poor equipment, not enough dishes, a very poor and inconvenient layout of the furniture, and a broken cabinet. Very uncomfortable shower: cramped shower stall, no shower door—water pours all over the bathroom and floods everything around it (!!!). Poor drainage—you have to mop the entire floor after every use. The overhead showerhead is completely broken. It’s hard to adjust the water temperature. The toilet seat is about to fall off. Instead of ventilation, there’s only a small window—which, combined with the shower flooding the entire bathroom, means it’s constantly damp. I have serious doubts about the cleanliness of the place. One of the towels we were given was wet. On the floor under the bed, there was a used condom left behind by previous guests (disgusting!!!) There are only two loungers on the terrace, but no table or chairs. The terrace is nice in the morning until noon—but you can’t eat breakfast there because there’s nowhere to put your food. However, in the afternoon and evening, the restaurant downstairs turns on its grill—smoke from the restaurant’s chimney blows straight onto the terrace—and it reeks of grilled meat, so spending time on the terrace in the afternoon and evening is very unpleasant.
