emplacement central, air conditionné qui fonctionne, de l'eau dans le frigo (très appréciable puisque l'eau n'est pas potable à Héraclion)
Le service proprement hotelier etait très mauvais: mauvaise literie (type couchage d'appoint, dont un canapé lit de base présenté comme un "couchage"), absence de volets occultants, plomberie bruyante, une fenêtre hors service. La présence de café ou sachets de thés aurait été appréciable dans le cadre d'une location "hotelière" à la nuitée.
