Spacious apartment with fabulous private roof top area.
The property itself was great however the ground floor drain was a bit unpleasant smelling when you walk in the communal entrance. Looked like it was under repair at the time we stayed so work may have been completed since we left mid April

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie ist schön, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, zudem sehr ruhig – trotz der Lage in einem lebendigen Viertel. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind perfekt zu erreichen, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Ein echtes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Terrasse. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!
Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der vielen Stufen eher nicht für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet.

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό.Ειχε τα πάντα,θα μπορούσε να είναι το δικό μου σπίτι στην Βαρκελώνη.300 μέτρα από μετρο diagonal, σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακεια,όλα δίπλα.Ησυχο σπίτι,ζωντανή γειτονιά,όλα ήταν μοναδικά!
Φοβερή θέρμανση σε σημείο να σκας!
Όλα άψογα, θα ξαναπάω σίγουρα σε επόμενο ταξίδι!

Nice apartment, very well located (close to center), with a lot of things to do around. Kitchen is well equipped, and overall there's enough room for 2 people. The terrace is great, especially if you are a smoker, although you should pay attention to the stairs.
Visible used state, lots of things quite old and damaged that can get broken, which will be deducted from your deposit (it happened to us with a door handle). If heavy raining is happening, dripping through the ceiling might occur, which can create discomfort.
