About this apartment rental
Best location-a few steps only to Paseo de Gracia. Located in a very lovely area Gracia, plenty of bars and restaurants. All the sights are in walking distance. Casa Batllo 10 min walking.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights one week and 4 nights the following week. The host, Andra, was excellent in her communication and flexibility. The place was in a great location and right near a parking garage (car is not needed if you plan on staying in Barcelona). Bed, couch, showers, etc. were in great shape. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the accommodations were good...the only thing to be aware of and I don't know how much Andra can to about it is the common area to the apartment needed some attention (perhaps better lighting and some minor renovations). This didn't impact my stay.

This property was perfect for myself and a friend. It was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The location was convenient; close to a couple of grocery stores and a short walk to the metro. It is a busy street and a little noisy but not bad with the windows closed (plus there were earplugs available, although I never needed them). My one suggestion for the owner is to have more bed pillows available as there is only one very flat pillow for the small bedroom.
