Stunning 2 bed, 2 bath modern apartment is located in the heart of Dublin City Centre within a stylish, boutique development.

The apartment consists of a well-arranged, fully equipped modern kitchen with all mod cons such as a fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and more with ample storage for the keen cook. The living room is stylish and vibrant with comfortable furnishings and a large smart TV. A large table provides options for dining and entertaining whilst doubling as a workspace. The bedrooms are spacious, offering plentiful storage with floor to ceiling wardrobes in both rooms. Both bedrooms benefit from king size beds. One bedroom benefits from a modern en-suite shower while a relaxing bathtub with an overhead shower is provided in the distinctive guest bathroom. A laundry room is located in the corridor of the apartment which also serves a storeroom. A rooftop terrace offers striking views of Dublin City in a private outdoor space.

Dawson Street is only a short stroll to the hustle and bustle of Dublin’s main shopping areas while also being served by Dublin Bike stalls, the Luas tram and several Dublin Bus links should you need to travel further afield. On its doorstep, there are some of the city’s best restaurants, cafes and bars. St. Stephens Green Shopping Centre, The Olympia Theatre and The Gaiety Theatre are all within walking distance as is Trinity College, Grafton Street, Merrion Square, The Georgian District and more.

We stayed in this apartment for a little over a week and it was great for us. Plenty of room and the location is fantastic. Checking in was a breeze and communication with the owner/manager was easy. They even were available to pop on and do a FaceTime call to get assistance with turning on the heat. The apartment was secure. The kitchen was nicely sized so we didn’t feel crowded when two people were in it at the same time. Some things to note though are one, this is an older building that’s been updated over time and is on a busy street. There is ambient noise from neighbors above and the street below. We were fine but I wanted to mention this for light sleepers. Lastly, the beds (for us) were an little uncomfortable. We prefer softer mattresses and these were not soft mattresses.

This was a great place to stay and I would 100% recommend it and stay there again! I am going to include in my review things I always like to know when selecting a rental. - Great water pressure in both showers! - No outlet in the bathroom or hook for hand towel - Kitchen has no salt/ pepper, oil or any basics - Marks and Spencer is 2 blocks away on Grafton Street and has a wonderful market in the basement that is great to pick up meals to heat up if you are tired of eating out or want to grab things to breakfast - Beanhive coffee shop across the street is wonderful - They have small French press if you like to make your own coffee and of course an electric kettle for tea! - Pretty noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but the other nights were pretty quiet. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to lots of street noise. - Lots of outlets in the living room, but not a lot of tables. Have UK and EU outlets there. - VERY small shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided, so if you are staying longer than 1-2 day, bring your own. We ended up buying soap bars. - Mid-week cleaners with towel refresh was nice! They also took out the trash and restocked the toilet paper. - Rooftop deck is closed during the winter. -Beds were not super comfortable and mattress toppers would have done wonders, but we still slept well. - Apartment is run by a management company, but they were responsive to all requests. - The washer/ dryer is single unit and includes detergent, also has iron & board
